Of course at any event there are the main features of the day that would always be required; the venue, the catering, the guests, the tables but often overlooked are the cute and quirky extras that make your event special and get your guests talking. Although not exactly expected from you by your guests, it’s always nice to give them a little something to leave with. A simple glass of prosecco is lovely but imagine a station which gives you the option to add cordials or fruit to create your own unique flavour. Food is also down to personal taste so in cooperate that with a ‘make your own’ station such as pizza or tacos. Letting guests choose what they want will encourage eating and save on the leftovers – not so good for the hangover the next day but excellent in terms of getting the most for your money.

Instagram is the app of the moment so get on board with the trend and make your event stand out from the crowd online. By creating a hashtag for your family and friends to use, it captures your event from all angles, groups all the photos in one place and allows for everyone to access them. All while being a great conversation starter and fun for the guests.
