Voewood is the perfect wedding venue, offering an intimate and unusual space without formal constraints and can be hired out entirely for weekends and events. A stunning venue, known for being one of the great houses of the arts and crafts movement Voewood It is situated just outside Holt, towards the North Norfolk coast. Offering accommodation for up to 32 people in 14 bedrooms, all of which have been boldly decorated in a modern style whilst maintaining the arts and crafts feel of the house The house was built largely from stone quarried from the land, thus creating beautiful sunken gardens and croquet lawns. The large lead-light doors open onto the handsome terrace from where steps and paths lead down to the sunken gardens suitable for marquees for any event. We are licensed for Civil Marriages for up to 100 guests and can provide the opportunity to both entertain and accommodate a number of guests for weddings, receptions and parties. The grounds are surrounded by open woodland, paths lined with rose bushes lead to a charming and mature walled garden planted with various fruits and herbs.
