- Delivery must be within 25 miles of our site – extra mileage may be applied if outside this area
- Site should be located on grass
- Site must allow for vehicles to pull directly alongside the site location

- Flooring is based on matting and not carpet, carpet will be charged at the normal rate
- Luxury 3+1 toilet is also included in the offer
